Made to order
Most pieces are produced to order with a 2–3 week lead time before dispatch, then shipped tracked and insured.
Packaging
Every fixture is foam-packed piece by piece to protect the stone and glass in transit.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement of the affected part or piece.
Returns
Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Custom and made-to-size orders are final sale.
